Modern browsers automatically add 'www.' to URLs with a missing subdomain. However, that is a convenience, and the ArcGIS platform is more strict in handling URLs.Solution de contournement
When adding a URL to the 'Custom Sign Up Terms and Conditions' advanced setting in ArcGIS Hub Premium, include the subdomain or 'www.' in the URL. Otherwise, the URL is not considered valid.
