Custom popups configured from ArcGIS Pro are not honored in Map Viewer while adding a map image layer in ArcGIS Online using URL.

The popup is not stored at the service level. The popup can be stored at the layer item level or the map level. When adding by URL, there is no popup information to reference and get the default list of attributes.
