Bogue
Creating replicas for hosted feature layers in SQLite and JSON format fails when the arcgisjobs directory is set to a file share and the Run As account for ArcGIS Server contains a username consisting of the $ sign.

This issue is not reproducible in releases 10.8.1 and higher. Upgrade to a 10.8.1 or higher release and re-test the workflow.Solution de contournement
- Switch the Run As account to an account (Local/Domain) which does not consist of the $ sign.
- Switch the ArcGIS Server jobs to a local file path, instead of a file share.
