Creating a webhook against a restricted receiver endpoint returns the error message, "Non reachable URL".

Solution de contournement

Temporarily disable authorization restriction to the webhook receiver API and create a webhook. Subsequent payloads include a secret value as a header and pass the authentication as expected, so the authorization can be re-enabled after creating all webhooks.
