Bogue

Creating a web map that has a dynamic layer as a basemap and switching the basemap using the Basemap Gallery widget does not show the reference layer of the newly selected basemap.

The map is not recreated when basemap gallery layers are changed. So any subsequent basemaps are added dynamically if the initial map is dynamic.
