Creating a new domain list fails if the layer name of the hosted feature service contains a special character.

Solution de contournement

• Go to the item details page, rename the layer to remove the special character, and create the list. Once the list is created, the layer can be renamed to the previous name, and subsequent edits to the list work as expected.
• Get the updateDefinition payload using DevTools, and copy and paste the payload to the updateDefinition URL. Remove the special character from the string and submit the request. Subsequent edits to the list now work as expected.
