1. Use the trace tool. It will start creating the artifacts, but will automatically delete them when you start tracing the feature at the bottom of OID 164. This is the best workaround because you don’t have to change the source data.2. Change the small segments to curves, then use offset.3. Move the vertices of the small segements so that they don’t form a “hump”, but rather a “fillet”.
