There is an error in the custom URL that is used in this example. The proper format of this URL must use an ampersand (&) to pass additional parameters and it should only contain one question mark (?) after the survey URL and before the first parameter. Having more than one question mark (?) will cause an endless loop in the field app and the survey form will never load.Solution de contournement
Use the option to open the survey through a browser instead of the ArcGIS Survey123 field app.
