Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) 10.4.2 fails to download a custom basemap from ArcGIS Server 10.3.1 setup for SSL Offloading because the iOS app sends a POST request instead of a GET request as done by the Android version.

SSL Offloading is not supported and will disrupt many workflows, particularly with Portal for ArcGIS. Please see ENH-000095326 and ENH-000091410, both are related to adding support for SSL Offloading and ArcGIS Server and Portal for ArcGIS.

Use Collector for ArcGIS 10.4.2 Android app if basemap services from ArcGIS Server use SSL offloading/termination.
