Bogue
Collector for ArcGIS edits made to an ArcGIS for Server feature service with a definition query applied using a field with a default value and unique value symbology causes the feature to disappear in ArcGIS Online and ArcMap.

When you change the feature type, it resets the values to the defaults. ArcGIS Online doesn't do this but they're going to be aligning with platform.Solution de contournement
