Bogue
Collector for ArcGIS closes on an iPad 2 or iPad 3 when attempting to connect to an ArcGIS Online Organizational account, or when a service is published from a desktop computer, if the language is set to Dutch. In addition, the application closes when editing an existing point with editor tracking enabled.
