Collector for ArcGIS (Android) is able to edit the time data in the Date field even when the Show time option is unchecked through Configure Pop-Ups.

Solution de contournement

No matter what date format is selected, Android still gives the option to edit time whereas iOS and Windows respect the Show time option is unchecked.
