Collector for ArcGIS (Android) does not let users download a web map on the device if an OpenStreetMap basemap is used in the web map.

The vector basemap version of OpenStreetMap supports exporting tiles for offline use. See the following link: https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=3e1a00aeae81496587988075fe529f71 However, the current released version of Collector for ArcGIS (Android) does not support the use of vector basemaps, preventing use of the basemap. The new version of Collector for ArcGIS (Aurora on the Android platform), which is currently in Beta, supports the use of vector basemaps.
