Clicking the playback button in Tracking Analyst causes ArcMap to crash when using the option, 'A feature class and a separate table containing temporal data that this wizard will join to the feature class,' in the Add Temporal Data wizard.

Use the recommended workaround of creating a new data source by joining the existing data. The new data can then be used to add temporal data.

Join the table to the feature class and export it to create a new data source. Then use the option for 'A feature class or shapefile containing temporal data,' when adding temporal data.
