Solution de contournement

1. Join data in ArcMap and choose to keep only matching records. 2. If this reduces the geometry in the data, and the unmatched geometry need to be set, run a select by location for identical records, switch the selection, export the data, and merge the two layer together. 3. Publish this version to ArcGIS Online.
