Changes to a hosted feature layer's editing capabilities are not respected if a web map is downloaded to Collector for ArcGIS for offline editing.

Solution de contournement

1. Add the feature service to a new web map after changing the capability from 'Add, update, and delete features' to 'Add features only'. 2. Download the new web map and the 'Add feature only' setting is respected.
