Bogue
Changes made to a feature in an offline web map in Collector for ArcGIS when a filter is applied on the layer do not get reflected by refreshing the web map in the Collector for ArcGIS app. Instead, users must sync the edits, remove the downloaded web map, and open the web map to view the changes.
