Certain Web Map Tile Service (WMTS) services are unable to be displayed on top of the tile layers published in RD New coordinate system in the ArcGIS Online map viewer.

The basemap and WMTS services are to have identical tiling schemes with identical DPI settings to be displayed properly. A WMTS layer which uses a 90 dpi setting in the tiling scheme is not compatible with a basemap which is set to 96 dpi even if the tiling scheme is otherwise identical.
