This issue is related to a non-clustered index corruption within SQL Server. The workaround of recreating the index is the correct solution. This could also be related to a Microsoft documented issue: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2878968

Solution de contournement

1. Check the dc_SQLServer log to find the problematic feature class. 2. Drop and re-create the index on the feature class in ArcCatalog.
