Business Analyst and Community Analyst web applications are not accurately charging credits for Business and Facilities Search exports.

This is not an issue and is working correctly as expected. Credits are not consumed for business search and displaying on the map. Exporting Business Search Results to Excel and sharing business data to ArcGIS Online does consume credits and the credits are properly charged and recorded in the ArcGIS Online Organization account. Perhaps the term used in ArcGIS Online on the credit usage summary is a bit unclear. The term used is “Business Search” which is the feature tool used in Business Analyst Web. The term "business search" could be confusing because credits are not actually charged for business search, credits are only charged when the business points are exported to Excel or a map is shared with business points.
