This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1.Solution de contournement
- Publishing from ArcGIS Pro to Portal for ArcGIS works fine and Zoom works as expected in ArcGIS Dashboards.
- Zoom works fine in ArcGIS Experience Builder when using the Zoom action.
- Map Viewer and Map Viewer Classic zooms to the bulk published layers when selecting 'Zoom to' on the layer.
- ArcGIS Dashboards Classic zooms.
