Blending an ArcGIS Server Local cached service with another map service does not work: in Print preview, fails with error 'Unable to connect to Server'; in a Map configured with ImageBlendMode=WebTier, the Local cached service will not draw.

KB35790http://support.esri.com/index.cfm?fa=knowledgebase.techarticles.articleShow&d=35790Option 1- Change the connection type used to access the cached map service(s). Use Visual Studio to remove the existing cached ArcGIS Server Local map service and add it back again using an ArcGIS Server Internet connection.Option 2 - Another option is to change the Map control ImageBlendMode to 'Browser'.
