Bogue
Attribute fields deleted from the Data tab in ArcGIS Online in a hosted feature layer that is already added to a web map with pop-up enabled, still appears in the feature's pop-up.

Each webmap has it's own item data in a json format, it includes actual data represented by the item to the client. For more information, please take a look this doc: https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/users-groups-and-items/item-data.htm Whenever a hosted feature service get update definition(add, delete, update) fields, the webmap popup, webmap item data will not reflect those change automatically, due to the fact that certain webmap user may only want to show certain info. Therefore, if user need to reflect the the changes from hosted feature service, it has to go update pop-up configuration in webmap, once save the changes, the /item/data file get update. Then it will show the new changes based on user's preference.Solution de contournement
- Open the map.
- Make any change to pop-up configurations.
- Save the changes.
- Undo the changes made in step 2.
- Save the changes. This updates the pop-up. The deleted field does not appear in the pop-up when clicked on the map anymore.
