Attempting to deploy a multi-node template which includes the building of a new Elastic Load Balancer (ELB) using ArcGIS Enterprise Cloud Builder Command Line Interface (CLI) for Amazon Web Services (AWS) within the us-gov-west-1 region returns the following error, "SSLCertificateARN invalid."

Solution de contournement

Build the ELB in AWS manually and provide the name of the ELB to the parameter 'ELBName' when building the template.
