Bogue
Attachments cannot be added through a referenced feature service if the relationship class is migrated from an ObjectID based relationship to a GlobalID or GUID based relationship but the REL_OBJECTID field is still in the attachment table.

Solution de contournement
- Stop the feature service.
- Delete the REL_OBJECTID field from the attachment table.
- Restart the feature service.
Attachments are now able to be successfully added through the service.
