Bogue
At Local and City-level scales, items contained within a portal's default extent and published to a federated portal/server (10.6) from ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro are not found at the portal's default extent when adding layers by searching for layers in My Content within the map area.

Solution de contournement
Manually register the layers by Adding items by URL from the Web (Content > Add Item > Add an item from the web > ArcGIS Server web service). The layer added this way (DT_Riverside_GolfCourses_2) appears in the content pane at the portal's default extent when using the workflow, "Add > Search for Layers > In: My Content".Étapes pour reproduire
