ArcReader crashes when attempting to change data frames in a Published Map File (PMF) document that contains multiple data frames.

Solution de contournement

ArcReader does not crash if the user changes the data frame view via the View > Data View option from ArcReader's Main toolbar. However, this workaround does not allow the user to view information about the coordinates system and notes from the map's author by right-clicking the Data Frame > Properties option.
