arcpy.Raster().catalogPaths does not return the text, "The full path and the name of each item comprising a mosaic dataset" as mentioned in the documentation.

Solution de contournement

The current workaround is to use arcpy.management.ExportMosaicDatasetPaths (refer to https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/data-management/export-mosaic-dataset-paths.htm for more information), which creates a table of the file path for each item in a mosaic dataset. To continue using the path for further coding, use the cursor to extract the information from the table (refer to https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/arcpy/get-started/data-access-using-cursors.htm for more information).
