The issue is not reproducible. If the issue continues to affect work in a supported release, please contact Technical Support.Solution de contournement
Refresh the page and wait for the item to finish creating, then access the workflow item. If the item returns the error message "Unable to access a Workflow Manager item that was not created successfully", restart the ArcGIS Workflow Manager Servers.
