Bogue
ArcGIS Survey123 website returns the following error message, "Error: Could not load input field value with name: <name> and value: <value>" when attempting to edit an existing submission with the choice names in the select_one question containing double quotation (").

The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Survey123 3.14.Solution de contournement
- Update the choice list to remove double quotation (") from the choice names and republish the survey.
- Update the domain codes for the field in the hosted feature layer.
- Use a field calculator to update the existing values to match the domain (for example, replace 1/4" with 1/4). Since the new values are different for each feature depending on the existing value, it is easier to do the calculation in ArcGIS Pro.
