This behavior is as designed. Although both the DETextFile and DEFile parameter's data types are converted to GPDataFile when a script tool is published as a web tool, ArcGIS Server retains the underlying validation rules of the original parameter type.

Solution de contournement

Use DEFile as the parameter's datatype instead of DETextFile.
