Bogue
ArcGIS Server Login dialog in ArcMap: if you add data to ArcMap from an authenticated ArcGIS Server that requires you to login when you add the data, and you then press Cancel on that login dialog the experience is misleading and buggy: you get the message 'Could not add specified data object to the map'. After that you can't add data from the same server into your map for the duration of the session.
