Informations supplémentaires

A backup copy of the arcgis.keystore file is maintained in the ArcGIS Server config-store directory and is preserved when upgrading. Any new certificates imported through the ArcGIS Server admin API are stored in both copies of the arcgis.keystore file. During an upgrade, the keystore file in the config-store is the one that is saved and ultimately used after the upgrade is completed.

Solution de contournement

If server has already been upgraded:

In the server.xml file, change keyAlias to SelfSignedCertificate and restart the service.

Before upgrading the server:

  1. Go to Server Admin > Machines > 'machine name' > edit.
  2. Change the server certificate to the default 'selfsignedcertificate'.
