ArcGIS Pro's Add Data dialog window does not return any results in the "All Portal" category when Portal for ArcGIS is set as the active portal and item type is set to "Default".

Solution de contournement

Perform the search by specific content types, such as "Web Layers and Services," rather than the "Default" categorical type. Modifying the item type can be done through the lower-right drop-down menu in the Add Data dialog window.
