Thank you for reporting this, and we apologize for not getting to this issue when ArcGIS Pro 2.1.1 was a supported software version. This problem is not seen when performing the same comparison against ArcGIS Pro 2.9.x patches, and moving forward, I will be adding this comparison check to our patch verification workflows.
