The drawing engine in ArcGIS Pro is designed to provide good display for the given resolution and pixel density. If a higher precision of display is desired, switching to a higher pixel-density monitor will reduce instances of this display-only imprecision. Exporting this content to an interchange format (for example PDF) will similarly remain consistent.
