ArcGIS Pro stops responding if the network is disconnected when running the Geocode Addresses tool using a locator stored in the network location.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.Solution de contournement
- Copy the locator locally and use it when performing geocoding workflows. It's best to copy it to an SSD drive.
- When access to ArcGIS Enterprise is available, publish the locator as a service and use the service for geocoding workflows in ArcGIS Pro. For the best geocoding performance, the locator should never be used from a network location, especially large locators like StreetMap Premium for ArcGIS locators.
