Bogue
ArcGIS Pro is unable to reference a pre-created cloud storage connection file while creating a new ortho mapping workspace unless the connection's Properties dialog box is first accessed from the Catalog pane and the OK button is clicked.

Solution de contournement
- In the ArcGIS Pro project, locate the .acs file in the Catalog pane.
- Right-click the .acs file and select Properties.
- In the Properties dialog box, click OK.
- Create the workspace.
