This issue is the duplicate of BUG-000170677: "When using the 'Distance and Direction' tool in ArcGIS Pro, the Distance field returns different distance values when creating a new line with the same endpoints.".Solution de contournement
When several lines were created between the two previous points with the standard editing tools and Snapping activated (with the default tolerances), equal results are obtained with the same length.
