1. Right-click on data and select the Symbology option.
2. In the panel that appears, click on the drawing next to Symbol to edit the properties.
3. Click on Properties.
4. Under Properties, select the Structure option, the last symbol on the right.
5. Under Layers, click on Add Symbol Layer.
6. Select the Fill Layer option.
7. Under Properties, click on Layers, the symbol in the middle.
8. Disable the visualization of the Solid Fill that will be added.
9. Try to publish the layer as a feature.
