This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.3 and 3.2.1.Solution de contournement
- On the Start menu, search for and click Settings > Time & Language > Region > Additional date, time & regional settings.
- In the Clock and Region window, click Change the date, time, or number formats.
- In the Region dialog box, click Administrative > Change system locale... > check the 'Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support' checkbox > OK.
