ArcGIS Pro 3.6 fails to open a DWG file and returns the error message “External component has thrown an exception".

Solution de contournement

Open the DWG in C3D. In Toolspace, click the Settings tab, expand Point, and select User-Defined Properties. Click Unclassified. In the table that opens, for the Additional Descriptions property, check the Default Values check box. Save the file and open it in ArcGIS Pro.
