This is a known problem with the older version of Open Data sites. This problem is fixed in the latest version of Open Data sites. Upgrading the site will allow the dataset to display correctly.

Solution de contournement

In a database, create a mosaic dataset and add the raster data into the mosaic before publishing as an imagery service.
