This issue is fixed. Check again and contact Esri Support Services if the issues persists.
Solution de contournement
- For some instances of this behavior, the issue does not persist if navigating from the web map's Settings page to the Overview page and then back to the Settings. However, this workaround does not work for all users.
- Another potential workaround has identified:
- Open an existing map and authenticate to the service endpoint.
- Click Settings, then navigate to the Options button under Offline and authenticate to the service endpoint again.
- When closing this dialog box, click Usage or Overview, and then navigate back to Settings.
- After a few seconds following these steps, the Application Settings open, and it is possible to configure Search.
