This issue is not reproducible any more.Solution de contournement
Reach out to the account Customer Service Representative with the broken subscription ID number. Request to cancel the broken subscription and create a new subscription. The user then receives a new invite to the same email address as before. The user can use the same username created prior to when the new subscription was activated.
