Bogue
ArcGIS Online Instant App shows a blank screen when launched and returns an error, "TypeError: t.load is not a function in browser Developer Tools console" if a layer was uploaded as a CSV or GeoJSON file to Map Viewer Classic and configured as a search source for the app.

Solution de contournement
- Add the web map to ArcGIS Pro and republish the layers as standalone hosted feature layers or as a new web map.
- Configure the Instant App and remove the GeoJSON or CSV file from being used as a search source in the app.
