Not in the current road map.Solution de contournement
- Open the MXD file.
- Add the Topography basemap from the Add Basemap option.
- Change the data frame coordinate system to Web Mercator (102100).
- Use the Transformation to project the data correctly on the Topography map.
- Remove the Topography basemap and change the data frame coordinate system to Israeli Transverse Mercator (ITM) grid.
- Publish the MXD file to ArcGIS for Server 10.1.
