ArcGIS Online allows users assigned the Storyteller and Insights Analyst user types to be assigned the Administrator role, even though these two user types should not be compatible with these roles.

Change the account's user type to something compatible with the Administrator role, or keep the Storyteller or Insights Analyst user type and change to a compatible role.
