ArcGIS Online allows the deletion of the last administrative contact, leaving organizations with no administrative contacts.

This issue is as designed. Whoever activates the organization is added as an admin contact. This can be overwritten if the designated admin list is set.Solution de contournement
To set a new administrative contact:
- Sign in to ArcGIS Online as an administrator.
- Click Organization.
- Click Settings.
- Click General.
- Click Administrative Contacts.
- Click 'Manage administrative contacts.'
- Check the new administrator.
- Click Save.
