When loading the file in Portal for ArcGIS or ArcGIS Online to create a feature layer and adding coordinates by latitude or longitude, SRID 4326 is used which is incorrect for the dataset and causes errors when publishing, or no points display on the map. In ArcGIS Insights, when enabling location, users can choose the SRID to use (for example, 3776). If there is a valid point in the file (for example, ID=2), the point displays on the map in ArcGIS Insights after enabling location using SRID=3776.Étapes pour reproduire
